I chopped up dish towels and used a few of them to make mini ribbons.
This left me with a stack of extra rectangles, so I used them as placemats for our Christmas dinner. I loved the rustic vibe they gave off that year!
I’ve moved towards a more sparkly vibe. Which means I won’t be using the red cloths this year.
Maybe the footstool?
I considered reupholster our footstool for the holidays, but I didn’t like the patchwork look, plus I am trying to get away from the red look.
Gift wrap – duh!
And then we had a few gifts that needed to be wrapped and were to be picked up by a family member, who lives out of town. At that moment I knew exactly what to do with the fabric
Ya Know I filmed it too!
Can’t forget Kraft Paper
Not only does this paper look beautiful when wrapped up, a roll will last you forever!
This is my third year using the same roll. Could this be the year it runs out, time will tell.
Wrap it in Twine
I love to add string, bows, pinecones, and even pieces of fake plants. These little touches finish off any gift and make it look so festive and pretty.
